Shipping Policy

1. Flexible Freight Options To suit your business model and budget, we offer two main shipping arrangements:

• C&F (Cost and Freight): We manage the logistics and include the freight cost in your quote to the destination airport/port.

• FOB (Free On Board): We handle all Thai export formalities and deliver the goods to the departure point in Thailand; the buyer manages the international freight.

2. Airline Preference

• Your Choice of Carrier: We understand that many partners have existing contracts or preferred routes. We can export via any airline of your preference (e.g., Emirates, Qatar Airways, EVA Air, Cathay Pacific, etc.).

• Our Standard Route: For shipments to the UK, our default recommendation is Thai Airways (Flight TG910) to London Heathrow (LHR) for its direct speed and reliability.

3. Shipping Methods

• Air Freight: Highly recommended for our most delicate items like Durian, Mangosteen, and Asparagus to ensure maximum shelf life upon arrival.

• Sea Freight: Available for high-volume orders of durable produce (such as Young Coconut or Ginger), utilizing temperature-controlled reefer containers.

4. Minimum Order Requirement

• The minimum order for international shipment is 250kg. This ensures we can secure cargo space and maintain cost-efficiency for our clients.

5. Cold Chain Management

• Every order is packed in our GHPs/HACCP certified facility and moved via temperature-controlled transport to the airport/port, ensuring the cold chain is never broken from our farm to your hands.
