Terms and Conditions

1. Pricing and Quotations

  • Destination Currency: For your convenience, all prices are quoted in the local currency of the destination market (e.g., GBP, EUR, USD).

  • Shipping Terms: We offer flexibility in shipping and provide quotes based on two standard options:

    • C&F (Cost and Freight): We handle the shipping costs to your destination port/airport.

    • FOB (Free On Board): We deliver the goods to the port of departure in Thailand, and the buyer handles the international freight.

  • Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to adjustment based on seasonal market conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes prior to order finalization.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • To maintain export efficiency and quality control, the minimum order requirement is 250kg per shipment.

3. Custom Packaging

  • We offer flexible packaging solutions. Packing sizes and specifications can be adjusted and customized according to your specific branding or retail requirements.

4. Order Confirmation

  • All orders are subject to final confirmation based on seasonal harvest availability and airline cargo space.
